Terms of sale
Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to every order placed on this website. They are made available to you before you order and you are asked to accept them at checkout.
1. Seller
This online store is operated under the trade name Aubéa. For any question about your order, contact us via the contact form on our Contact page — we reply within 2 business days.
2. Products
We sell the Aubéa Pulse silent vibrating alarm bracelet and related accessories. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Products are offered for sale while stocks last.
3. Where we sell
We currently accept orders for delivery to Ireland and the Netherlands only. Orders placed for any other destination cannot be fulfilled.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euro (EUR), all taxes included, and are final. Delivery costs are shown separately and are added at checkout before you confirm your order. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.
5. Placing an order
You place an order by adding products to your basket, entering your delivery and billing details, choosing a delivery method and confirming payment. Before confirming, you can review and correct your order. Confirming the order creates a binding obligation to pay.
The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the product; in that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection; we never store your full card details. Your order is prepared once payment has been authorised.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer resident in the European Union you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Full details, including how to exercise this right and the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantee
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which entitles you to a remedy for two years from delivery if the goods are not in conformity with the contract, as well as from the legal guarantee against hidden defects where applicable. These guarantees are free of charge and are additional to any commercial warranty.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send any complaint via the contact form on our Contact page. If we cannot resolve it together, you may refer the matter to a competent consumer dispute resolution body in your country of residence, or to the courts.
11. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. As a consumer you continue to benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.
