Refund and return policy

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement via the contact form on our Contact page — for example using the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. Simply returning the parcel without telling us is not sufficient.

Returning the goods

Once you have told us you are withdrawing, send the goods back within 14 days. Items must be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging, and in a condition that allows them to be resold. You may handle the product as you would in a shop; you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return address: we will confirm the exact return address when we reply to your return request — please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover the return cost in full.

Refunds

We refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund covers the price you paid plus the standard delivery cost you were originally charged (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3 to 10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time via the contact form on our Contact page with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including all delivery costs, at your choice.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of this policy, every product benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or to cancel the sale. This guarantee costs you nothing and is separate from, and additional to, any commercial warranty.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to goods that have been damaged through misuse.
