Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship to Ireland and the Netherlands.

Delivery cost

  • Standard delivery: €7.99
  • Free delivery on every order of €45 or more (which includes our Duo and Trio bundles)

The exact delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery then normally takes 8 to 14 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed; they may be longer during sale periods or because of events outside our control, such as customs processing, weather or carrier disruption.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, which is located outside the European Union. Where import VAT or customs charges apply to your order, these are settled as indicated during checkout — you will not be asked to pay any additional amount that was not shown to you before you confirmed your order.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few days to become active. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately via the contact form on our Contact page — we can usually correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, if relevant, photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
